Called at 8am phone answered immediately, extremely helpful receptionist, booked me a face to face appointment for this morning, saw a wonderful GP, took her time, very caring, very through and sympathetic to my poorly daughter, went over and above to help her and me, follow up appointment booked again face to face next week. Called again later due to change in symptoms, had great advice from the receptionist who called me straight back with advice from the GP, had wonderful service to all involved in my daughters care today. Thank you all for taking your time and looking after my daughter. I work in the NHS and it’s very quick to criticise, and easy not to leave good feedback, it’s a very tough job right now and you should all be really proud of the care and support you have given to me and my family. Thank You
