   Generally I’ve had good positive relations with this surgery. However, on this occasion I phoned the surgery to discuss some sensitive results. The telephonist was rude and lacked empathy. When they asked for my contact details they mispronounced my name and I could hear colleagues chuckling in the background. Rather frustratingly, I corrected them and I could sense down the phone that she was trying not to laugh. Outright offensive, rude and extremely unprofessional.
