I felt that my GP gave me the attention I needed today. The phone call was not rushed and I felt at ease. The GP has taken good care of me and her advice was excellent to help me ease off my medication with other mind and body meditation yoga and swimming . I am a happy patient . Thank you to all the team at The Allendale surgery.

I just wanted to book a blood test and I spoke to the advisor on the phone in August who advised me that in my case they would book an appointment with their pharmacist who then would advise me what to do (just a blood test and I had to speak to a pharmacist first). They said the pharmacist would call me on 09/09 but no such call came. I called the surgery again today and the advisor (who first admitted it was him speaking to me last time and then said it was not him after I started to complain) said there was no appointment made. The whole service has become terrible. No one is held responsible and the NHS is lying. I can't trust this terrible institution for the NI I have been paying. It is a disgrace. I don't know when I am going to have a blood test done.

Really thoughtful and thorough consultation for my elderly Dad. Went through all possible reasons for his dizziness and appointment booked for 3 days later.
