A recent straightforward appointment for an injection. The appointment was made promptly and efficiently by the wonderful counter staff - phone call answered swiftly. Check in seamlessly done. Practice nurse welcoming, charming, and highly efficient. This is an absolutely top class GP practice - can find no fault whatsoever. Wonderful to feel you are in safe hands. Thank you.

Visiting family but needed GP care. From the pharmacy staff, to the receptionists, to the GP and medical students, I received a really warm welcome and was looked after. Excellent service and a lovely surgery. Thank you. Am really pleased that my parents belong to such a good surgery where I can be assured of their care.

Having recently changed practice to The Arrow surgery following a house move, I spoke with the Practice Manager for the first time recently and it really was a good experience. She was happy to take as much time as needed to answer my questions and gave me all the information she could, it made such a nice change from the experiences I had with my previous practice.
