Having recently changed practice to The Arrow surgery following a house move, I spoke with the Practice Manager for the first time recently and it really was a good experience. She was happy to take as much time as needed to answer my questions and gave me all the information she could, it made such a nice change from the experiences I had with my previous practice.

Everything about my appointment from the booking to the informed response from the GP was handled promptly, efficiently and in a caring way.
