Review titled Great doctor, rude receptionist..
Rated 3 stars out of 5

I visited the surgery today. What a great doctor i have but the receptionist was miserable and unfriendly. Harsh in her words, she seemed annoyed. If you don't like your job please leave ! Around 1.55 am You are supposed to provide a service of being kind to patience' yet everyone in the queue said the same ? Rude;

Review titled Nothing to much
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Excellent skills of HCA syringed my ears and sorted me in relation to another problem which was intending to go to open surgery the next day. BUt now don't need to. This would have wasted a Dotors time for another patient. The surgery should filter patients through nurses etc more frequently

Review titled Open surgery Friday 31/03/2023

Turned up early for open surgery. One window open. Waited in queue whilst query dealt with at window. (5 min approx.) Opened another window to be told to come back to surgery at 10.30am for appointment which was 1.5 hrs away. When I did return to the surgery 15 min. before appointment time I went to check in on the automated check in I was informed I was to early and was to go to check in desk where I then had to rejoin a queue. By the time I got to check in my appointment time had passed. I had previously been to the surgery two days before to pick up a prescription and tried to make an appointment for my own doctor (2 weeks waiting) and was told to come on the Fridays open surgery. I know open surgery days can get busy but surely there's a more efficient way of dealing with the public. It would have been better if I could have phoned on the morning of open surgery to get an appointment for that time instead of visiting the surgery twice. Good job I'm well enough and young enough to be able to be mobile. Went back to surgery today(5/04/2023) to request some HRT tablets for my partner. Prescription widow was half open but receptionist at desk. I opened the window fully so I felt the receptionist could hear me were she closed the window by half again as to say I shouldn't have done that. I explained to her the reason for my visit, and was informed that my partner needs to make an appointment for a blood pressure check and she needs to fill a form out to get her prescription if she had no tablets left. At this point I was getting a bit angry bassed on my previous experience a few days before and bluntly asked 'what form' at which she raised her hand as to say calm down and handed me a form. Don't no if its the correct form as its for 6 months supply of contraceptives and not HRT.
