On Monday 29th April I received a text message stating that I would soon receive a call to arrange an appointment that was referred by my doctor. Shortly after receiving this message my phone, which was in front of me at the time rang for less than a second and I didn't even have the chance to pick it up and answer. How do you expect people to answer a call when you only ring for less than a second? I then tried to call back but was put on hold. While I was on hold I received another message to say an appointment had been booked for me at an inconvenient time. I hung up and replied to the message but nobody has responded several days later. It is outrageous that this company is so dishonest that they can pretend to call but don't give me an opportunity to answer the call, booked an appointment I had not agreed to at an inconvenient time and then feel they can waste my time by making me call them back and sit on hold endlessly. Stop NHS privatisation! Why are more of our taxes being paid to these private companies for a dishonest and poor service
