It’s impossible to get an appointment. First you have to go through the long process of making an online appointment, then the doctor will call you after about 2 weeks, then they’ll book a face to face appointment after 2 more week. All in all, you’re waiting a month for an appointment. To top it off, the doctor called 2 hours after the appointment time, as I was at work I couldn’t pick up, but the Dr didn’t even attempt to call a 2nd time or try the alternative number. It’s a shame that the surgery has gone soo downhill especially as soo many of us took part in the ‘Save our Surgery’ campaign when they were being threatened with closure.

The online form is not working as it should be. When it started it was an okay service, now it has gone downhill. They ask you to book a telephone appointment slot and sometimes nobody bothers to call. What happened to the face-to-face appointments? The pandemic excuse is over and these must be reinstated urgently. What is the reason we cannot book online same day appointments via patient access? Same day appointments and face-to-face appointments are a must to avoid having to go to a&e. If we have to go to a&e what is the point that the practice is in existence. It is not fit for purpose if it cannot look after its own patients.

I am writing this message to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit to your facility on 16 of June. As a patient, it is my belief that everyone deserves respectful and thorough care, and unfortunately, this standard was not met during my recent appointment. Upon my arrival, I was subjected to an embarrassing and inappropriate interaction, wherein my name was loudly called out due to a missed silent visual message on the screen. I would have appreciated if the staff had approached me discreetly or simply sent a reminder text message instead of publicly reprimanding me. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from a healthcare provider, and it set a negative tone for the remainder of my appointment. Further, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of comprehensive medical examination I received concerning my ongoing asthma condition. Even after a month of medication, I have not seen any significant improvement in my health. It was surprising to me that an essential test, like spirometry, was not offered. This test could have helped in accurately assessing my condition and determining the effectiveness of the treatment. My expectations, based on both medical standards and human decency, were not met during this visit. Such an experience can cause patients undue stress and can ultimately discourage them from seeking the care they need. I would like to request a thorough investigation into this matter, and I expect appropriate measures to be taken to ensure this kind of incident does not recur in the future. Furthermore, I request a follow-up appointment where a complete and comprehensive examination can be carried out, and my treatment plan can be reassessed based on those findings. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. It is my hope that my experience can be used as a learning opportunity to improve patient care in your facility.

Superb physio advice and follow up with exercises I had mixed problems with knee and ankle pain It may be linked with side effects of statins but am covering all bases

A GP rejected repeat medications without any explanations leaving me without medication for several weeks. Booked a call consultation, but nobody called. Booked an admin request for my medication, and got a message the medication was issued. Requested via Patient Access application and again it was rejected by GP. Can you just learn how to interact efficiently between your own departments, please? I am just sitting and don't really know what to do next or how to get my medication. Such a simple action and so much pain, this is just ridiculous.

They issued the wrong mat b1 certificate required for getting allowance from government because of which my maternity allowance claim was rejected. I wonder how can a practioner make such a mistake of putting the wrong details of doctor. The sign and the details of doctor number does not match. Seems like fraudulent certificate. They make the patient wait for more than half an hour while I was 36 weeks pregnant and did not wait for 5 min for me when I was late and cancelled my appointment.

The worst GP I have ever met, the doctor doesn't want to do further treatment, give the prescription I could able buy from boots strict away. The doctor are useless and appointment phone call never succeeded because they only call you 10 seconds. Never call back, doctor’s suggestion is call 111, the most useless staff.

Last 7 days I have been calling the patient advisor team every time I am having to wait behind 10-15 people. Taking upto 45-90 min. These waiting times are unacceptable. The practice should step up its capacity to provide a decent exceptional service quality.

It’s absolutely horrible the staff are so rude and receptionist are absolutely clueless they dont know what they are doing, when you call you wait for over 1 hour and then they just cut the call on you , you wait for 4 weeks for an appointment just for them to check for 10 second and say have some antibiotics ( i have been told this for 3 years for the same problem) we have other patients to see , what am i then did i come here for fun

I've been registered with this practice for about 15 years now (long before they moved into the current building). Since I suffer from several chronic health issues, I am something of a "frequent flyer". Throughout that time, they have treated me extremely well. All of the staff have been professional, kind, compassionate and caring at all times. I feel very fortunate that I have such an amazing practice on my doorstep. I honestly can't recommend them enough.
