    The online consultation process is very efficient with an almost immediate response and then GP telephone conversation within the promised 48 hours. Using the repeat prescription service for years now has been simple and yesterday I requested medication at around 19:00 hours which was approved by 09:30 the next morning meaning that I was able to collect any time after that, which is truly efficient.

    A GP refused to prescribe repeat medications for no reason - no contact at all, no explanation leaving without medication for several weeks. Actually was allowed to see a GP - not the one who unprofessionally ignored me and though the matter was resolved. Sadly, 2 more medications have been "banned" again without any contact to inform me. Seems that now I am old I can be ignored and shoved aside to become ill and save them the bother of having me as a patient. Symptoms of not having medication are worsening but request for contact has been ignored.
