    The audiologist who attended to my ears did a very professional job and was very polite. Ear wax removal services were provided for free on the NHS for years, funding has been withdrawn now. I had to pay a substantial fee. I am extremely annoyed about this. Ear wax removal services should be provided on the NHS for free as it is an essential service especially as it affects the older generation a lot and cause social isolation and the onset of dementia.

    I was impressed by the friendly and helpful greeting from the receptionist and the doctor I saw was prompt with my appointment and dealt with my problem in a friendly, efficient and very professional way.

    I completed my Klinic form, received a phone call within 15 minutes, same day appointment amd further test and a call back from the Dr who had seen me within ten minutes of arriving home - absolutely superb . Thank you very much

    I used Klinik to outline my health request which for me was not an urgent matter. Within hours I was offered a face to face appointment with a GP within the working week. Great service, great staff.

    I find the Klinik system very efficient. I made my appointment request and received a text with the day and time, checking in is easy and the staff are all very friendly and polite.

    Klinik works really well for me. I didn't phone, as I rely on the online service. I submitted a request and within a few hours I was sent a date for a physiotherapy appointment and a review with a GP. Both appointments were reassuring, tackled the problem, and left me with follow-up options should I need them.

    I’ve been with the practice for a couple of years, since moving into the area. I have had several health issues in the past year and feel very lucky to be under the care of the practitioners and staff. My experience has been a1 throughout. I was doubtful when the Klinik system was introduced, but responses are fast with the appropriate referrals made.
