I had no issue getting and appointment, the receptionist called and confirmed the booking. The doctor was extremely helpful with my issues, he was very empathetic and went above and beyond to assist me with everything. Thank you.

I try to ask information regarding sending me different surgery, the receptionist was been rude and cut the call without giving me accurate information

Try to get appointment for past on month never ever was able to get appointment for my mum, when I got appointment sent as in different surgery which is 20 min away from my house and my surgery, try to get information call the surgery the receptionist was not able to give information was been rude is not the first time it happen it happen before the receptionist are rude and cut the call on your face without helping you

Lady called M was kind, attentive, and simply Brilliant She didn’t make me feel like a number but an individual. She handled my situation with such care and even went beyond by following up the next day. It really made me change my opinion about past experiences. Having a welcoming voice , someone that truly listens on the phone and does not rush you makes the world of difference! We need more M in the world ! Thank you so much

I have been part of the biscot hub since the day one. The health & wellbeing coach has helped me with my confidence and anxiety. I have met some lovely individuals from the PCN and the Biscot Hub. My life has transformed. I am a different person. I have confidence to leave my house. Thank you .

Doctor was exceptional. Easy to engage with and talk to - took an interest in me as an individual. Clinical practice balanced with relationship practice. Exceptional Dr - would recommend to anyone!!

Recently reported some new symptoms online and had an appointment with my normal doctor on the same day. The doctor had a good observation and chat concerning these new issues and booked some relevant tests. Keep up the good work.

Really pleased that the GP surgery has changed their booking system as it was near impossible to book an appointment previously due to it being at an inconvenient time. The new online booking system allows you to write to the GP and they review it and book an appointment. I was able to book an appointment today just an hour after submitting an online query. I hope this is something that continues to happen and not just temporary.
