I applied online to register my kids with this GP practice. In 10 weeks they were still not registered. I popped in 3 times to ask for the registration status and all 3 times were told to come back in a week. On my third visit they took my reference number and allegedly passed it to the relevant department and I was told that I will be contacted in a few days regarding the registration. Nobody called me in 10 days after that visit and I needed to call them myself. I was told over this phone call that my kids will not get registered with them because they need to register whole family. Nobody told me this requirement on my visits to this GP and it was not written on their website. This was not communicated to me over 10 weeks time after the application until I chased them up several times.

We're very sorry to hear this. We have reviewed our process and turnaround time due to the high volume of new registrations. Hopefully this situation will not arise again.
