I didn’t expect to need to use this new service quite so soon, but by chance I did and it worked a treat: I was rung within minutes of sending my form online and saw a very kind paramedic that morning, who was so helpful, thorough and pleasant. I consider myself very lucky to belong to this practice, where patients are actually individual people, not numbers or collections of symptoms and all the staff are friendly and helpful from receptionist to practice leader: how many practices these days like you to see your own gp, rather than whoever happens to be free and thinks continuity is a good thing? I’m guessing not many!

Am aware of well reported strains on GP surgeries. However, this practice is run so phenomenally well, the patients aren't made aware of those strains. Reception team do a fabulous job of knowing when an appointment is needed imminently and when it can be entirely reasonable made for a later date. All staff whether clinical or not, are polite, professional and efficient. We feel genuinely lucky to be patients at such a well run practice.

What a lovely experience it was to speak with the surgery today. Newly registered I couldn’t have asked for more. Such a kind and helpful receptionist who sorted all my queries.
