    I have tried to ring for an appointment to see a Doctor 12 times in the last 30 minutes but after pressing 3 to speak to Reception constantly got cut off. I finally pressed 5 for a Medical Review and got nowhere. This is not the first time I have experienced problems trying to get to see a Doctor at this practice

    First, when you phone, you have to listen to a long(I mean really long) message. Then when you 'eventually' get to the front of the queue, there are no appointments - when you ask why, you're told it's because they don't have enough doctors. This place is an absolute joke and take the micky of their patients. The caring profession? No!!! This surgery couldn't care less!!

    Phoned to get an appointment to check a mole that had become painful. Like all things I worried I'd be wasting their time. But receptionist was friendly, I was given an appointment same day. Seen by a doctor quickly. Reassurance given and thankfullly nothing serious. Doctor made it clear that I had done the right thing by attending for the check. Great service who took my concerns seriously. Very greatful for the practice and NHS in general.

    Thank you for your positive review. The reception team are trained to triage patients and get them in front of the correct clinician in a timely manner. I am pleased that you were reassured.

    I had problems with my Patient Access account, the receptionist was most helpful and efficient. As a ‘senior’ it is reassuring to experience such care. I might add that I have always been treated well on all occasions involving the practice. Thank you.
