    I have tried calling the surgery for 3 days and each time after trying numerous times as they were busy and being held in a queue of 30+ people have been told there are no appointments left and to call 8am the next day. Out of desperation on the 4th day I drove to the surgery and spoke to the receptionist at 8.10am to be told there is a lack of GPS all the appointments had gone and to try again the next day. I called later to be told to try 111 after completing that it said to call a GP? I am worried as the health condition I think of have cold turn serious and I want to be checked. This is the state of the NHS service today - shocking - compare this to a few years ago and I cannot believe we are accepting it! I am totally at a loss what to do - so I will keep trying every day at 8am until a miracle happens and I am one of the lucky ones - unless something bad happens to me first!

    I have been a patient at this practice for some 30 years. I have always found it a caring place where I felt confident in expressing myself. The changes to making appointments has made me feel unwelcome and not valued. I am approaching 90 years, care for my very disabled adult son alone and want something more than an E consult. I cannot face ringing at 8am on a Monday morning to hang on for goodness knows how long when I am needing an appointment for both of us. I was told I cannot make an appointment for a new condition. We both have conditions that will be with us for the rest of our lives and that is what we need to speak to the doctor about. I am told these changes have come about since Covid. I certainly have not been treated like this in my earlier dealings this year and before. We are very unhappy with this situation.

    Been trying for past three days to get an appointment. Have followed all their phone procedures each and every day.I am on a pay as you go phone and is costing on average £3.50 every time I call as you have to go through all the pre recorded useless information.This surgery has really gone down hill in recent times an absolute joke, Should be closed down.

    Like others mentioned,I also tried to get thru to book an appointment,but after a long wait,on each occasion I was told all the appointments had been taken,and I would need to try again the next day,or the day after,and so on.Needless to say,one may not be able to get an appointment with a GP on any day,apparently not even a telephone consultation! I have not been to the Surgery for quite some time,and didn't realize how things had changed from previous years.Really very disappointing and not providing the service one ought to receive.

    Thank you for leaving your review and sorry we have not met your expectation. Are you aware the practice do e-consults? If you go to the practice website you will find further details. You complete an online questionnaire which has been designed by GP's, its submitted to the eHub team who then process your e-consult. If you have further issues please contact the practice operations manager who will listen to your concerns and try and resolve them for you.
