Emailed the surgery as i needed an appointment, somebody got back to me straight away and gave me a time to attend. Was seen very quickly and treated with courtesy and respect. Just how it was in the past.

Great service always very helpful and always do what they say they will do I requested a urgent prescription as I’m going on holiday it has been processed and ready for collection really appreciate the help

I needed some information emailing to me urgently. My AskMYGP request was dealt with very quickly indeed, which meant I received the information I needed in a very timely fashion. This is an excellent service which must be easy for the majority of patients to utilise. In my experience, all Brooke Surgery staff, GPs and health care professionals respond to the requests efficiently, meaning no need to make any unnecessary trips to the surgery. The staff are delivering a constantly brilliant service and long may it continue!

I contacted the surgery via Ask My GP about a lump on my breast. A clinician contacted me within a few hours. I was seen the same day and referred straight away, and in just over a week, had seen a specialist. The Clinician I saw was calm and reassuring.

I moved to Brooke surgery as I wasn’t happy at mine although it is a few miles away it has turned out to be a great move . The team from receptionist to the clinicians and Doctor's are very efficient and I have had treatment within days or the next day to quick referrals and quick answers appointment’s are speedy and any issues with my health are acted upon. The best thing is you can email the night before and you can get a telephone call he next day. I am really happy this is how a surgery should work for everyone I would recommend this to anyone and have done .

As always, Brooke surgery were efficient and solved my problem straight away. They are always helpful, professional and approachable. I sent a message through AskMyGP today, and it was sorted within the same day. Much appreciated. I would recommend this practise to anyone!

Required additional medication contacted surgery using ask myGP and received reply same day to say prescription had been forwarded to chemist
