Every issue I have had has been thoroughly investigated I have had blood tests ultra scan on my knee and ankle been referred to a specialist

I recently had an Asthma review with the nurse who was thorough and very helpful. I was also unwell with a chest infection. She filled in the AskmyGp for me and this was answered by the doctor within 20 minutes by telephone. I had a face to face consultation within 2 hours booked at the surgery and prescribed antibiotics and steroids. The speed and service of care I received from the nurse and doctor was fantastic. I highly recommend The Brooke Surgery fantastic doctors, the best decision I made joining this practice.

I had a query and was sent for bloodtests within the week. The doctors and all the staff are caring and efficient. I cannot recommend the surgery high enough.

I used the 'Ask My GP' service and requested an email response but the Dr phoned me instead, which was very kind of him. He explained thoroughly, listened to my questions and gave relevant advice. He was professional, polite and extremely professional.

I switched to this practice around 2 years ago and I can’t fault it. My previous practice was really small and not very modern with its methods. The Brooke has so many great drs/ nurses/ physicians who have all been so friendly and resolved everything I’ve needed. For example today I asked for an appointment to discuss 2 different test results I had plus several questions about my health in general eg my skin. The Physician I spoke to phoned me within a few hours of my enquiry, discussed everything with me and prescribed a new cream

My experience this week with the staff at the Brooke Surgery was nothing short of impeccable, As always they showed so much patience and understanding and helped me in every way they could and successfully helped me. Thank you so much to all at the Brooke Surgery

I enquired about a blood test and added the way I was feeling . The response was very quick with details of how to book a blood test which was very easy to follow and you got a choice of dates and time. With a explanation of what would happen afterwards. The Dr was very clear and I was very happy with the outcome.

Left a message on My GP which needed a quick response and was contacted very quickly. My query was dealt with there and then and the team member I spoke with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My ezperience, as always, was a good one. I strongly recommend this surgery and its team.

Recently moved to this practice following issues at a past surgery. All I can say is that so far after several contacts with the surgery the service is examplary. Love the Ask My GP, no need to sit on hold waiting for the phone to be answered. I’ve yet to have a face to face consultation but so far it seems that even without you’re still listened to, patient compassion seems to be the priority and it really shows.
