I am happy to take a moment to share my experience of The Brooke Surgery. I must say, they are absolutely fantastic! From the reception staff to the nurses and doctors, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure that patients are taken care of. Their booking system is top-notch, and making an appointment is so easy, should the 'Ask my GP' system is not enough. As someone who works in healthcare, I am well aware of the poor service received by others. The Brooke Surgery is a prime example of what every GP surgery in the United Kingdom could and should achieve. If you're looking for a great medical team that genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend The Brooke Surgery. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

The doctors and medical staff are all caring and kind. They take time with patients and listen to patients and are very thorough. The follow up patients aftercare is very good also. They are very professional medical practitioners. Prompt response to medical needs cant fault all the doctors and staff members in my experience.

I can message through myGp for my repeat prescription and it's in my chemist with in hours if there not to busy. And I can message through my GP if I have any medical issues and they call me the same day to talk about it. I have never had to see a Dr in 12 months and IV had a colonoscopy, C T scan, muscle spasms, also Physio at Hyde and Acupuncture. The Broke Surgary Hyde are the best I have ever had. Thank you very much for all the help and support you have given me.

I switched to Brooke around a year ago and honestly can't fault any of the staff. Reception staff are always warm and welcoming and very helpful. The doctors are fantastic. I have always been treated with compassion, respect and patience, especially considering I am a nervous patient at times. They always take a bit of extra time to talk me through anything and help me to feel in control at all times. I'm always greeted with a smile and I always feel listened to and am never rushed.

Our Brooke Surgery is absolutely fantastic. From the reception staff, nurses to all doctors. Every time we ask for an appointment they ensure that we are seen the same day. They go above and beyond. They have the best booking system! They are a real role model for every Gp surgery in the United Kingdom.

I cannot rate this practice highly enough. Five stars does not do justice to all of the skill l, care and expert attention given by all staff when having to seek advice or treatment. The medical team go above and beyond on every occasion and I can clearly see why the reviews the surgery received are so high. They really are that good. Recently I had cause to seek an appointment and sent a message late on a Sunday, I received a call by 09:20 Monday am and was in clinic by 10:30. The triage system the use is fantastic and I have every confidence that I will hear back from the surgery with appropriate appointment, advice or next steps at the earliest opportunity. I have complete confidence that they have the patients best interests in mind at all times. My only regret… that I didn’t join the practice years ago. Highly skilled, competent, professional, dedicated and caring are all words I would use to describe the Brooke Surgery. They really are that good and I would challenge anybody to find a better medical practice anywhere.

Requested call late evening Thursday (closed so would be Friday). First thing in the morning, received a call. Very patient and understanding practitioner. Answered any questions I had, explained why I was to use ice and heat, and made doubly sure there were no more questions I needed to ask. Excellent practice.

I've been with brooke surgery for almost 30 years now and never once have I had a bad result from them and with the askmygp app it's even better always respond to me on the day I put a message on app I won't be going anywhere else ...
