I have been in hospital with seizures resulting in tiredness and need a doctor's sick note for work have tried to get an appointment with no success, told when to ring but still no success. I need this note for work.

Can’t thank the dispensary lady for helping me out today, such professionalism and caring attitude an angel, such a shame I can’t remember her name so as to name her personally

I transferred to this practice last year and had no reason make contact until today. I rang with a minor non-urgent problem. The 'phone was answered almost immediately, an appointment given this afternoon when I was seen on time, examined by the paramedic practioner and left happily with the problem addressed. All in all, a very positive experience.
