   A little wait on the telephone but that’s to be expected when phoning when the lines open at 8am, reception soon got through the telephone queue and I got a same day appointment for my daughter. We saw the ANP who saw my little girl on time, was very thorough and made my little girl feel at ease. Fortunately we rarely need to contact the practice but when we do the service is always excellent. Thank you to all of the staff for your hard work.
