Very well organised. Just straight in and out for flu jab. Very friendly staff who had an excellent process in place

Staff were friendly as always and the flu vaccinations were very well organised. In and out quickly all very efficient. Sometimes one has to ring a lot to get an appointment but staff are always very helpful and I always manage to get an appointment. Very happy with the practice.

Early notification by text and online booking is as straightforward . In and out in under 5 minutes on the day

quick service for flu jab seemed to be run like a production line rather than a personal service considering this is an important issue getting flu jabs and covid boosters there seemed to be no personal touch given to vulnerable people, and people of a certain age who are treated like cattle, staff didn’t even look at patients they asked name dob and address and no other chat this does not help.!!

Friendly volunteer staff directed us to the room for our flu vaccination. Someone immediately took our particulars of name, date of birth etc. The nurse who gave the vaccination was very efficient. No problems.
