    Very caring and supportive receptionist, manager of the practice. Most of the GP's have been so professional and giving the best patient care. During catching covid twice the practice made sure they placed measures for me to be monitored at home by the long covid team in the commute. When I had my knee surgery one if the male Doctor arranged for me to have physio and support on my return home. Most of the nurses and GP's work tirelessly even though it's so busy, I have always been given opportunity to see a GP. Most people complain that they can never get appointments with there GP and I must say those of us with the chrisp street health centre should be very grateful to always have a GP to see you if urgent illness or concerns. I had referrals to specialist team to also investigate my health conditions in a swift manner. Chrisp street health center staff are a wonderful team. Receptionist and admin. Team are very patient and polite/respectful on the phone all the time even when it's busy. One of the other admin. In reception is so patient and polite /cautious. Also attached new young man that started recently is also very polite and helpful . I saw the way he spoke to patients and tries to help. Another new member is a physician associate i think she is a lady. She saw me last visit and she was amazing. I can't remember her name. Thanks all you for for the Great care for your patients

    The lady at the reception was very patient and kind to listen to my questions and situation. The doctor was friendly as well. Overall I am very happy with the visit and experience! Thanks a lot :)

    I had an appointment today. I was in the empty waiting room. Patients were calling and the replies "we are fully booked today". My question is "Do they have a GP working onsite"? Or, how many of them are working? All appointments are now via telephone, if someone gets lucky to get an appointment. This is not fair and correct towards patients. A GP surgery is there to provide care. There are 4 people working at the reception. I needed to have some documents photocopied to add to my file, for my GP. I asked the receptionist. She told me she can't do it, as there are so many pages, this will take time and she can't be away from her desk (there was no one behind me). Two other ladies were just sitting and chatting when one of them could have picked the document, photocopy it. I just went there as I rejected the previous consultation 2 - 3 years ago, due to the late arrival of the nurse who was supposed to be there, after I waited 30 mins. I reported it to my GP and he agreed to me that people have been complaining. I took the appointment this time to see whether the situation has improved. I don't know whether it is a training issue. However, it would help if this surgery could be assisting patients.

    Was supposed receive a call from a Dr on the 7/12/2022 received a Test message from the Practice saying make sure your phone is on between 14:00-18:00 hrs. No one rang fuming.
