I put in an Online request for advice re an ongoing nasal problem. Offered an appointment same day. Given antibiotic cream, swab taken. 3 days later told swab was positive, needed an oral antibiotic. Same week, concerned about my lungs, again, same day appointment, and prescribed short course steroids. Totally excellent caring service at all times. GPs and nurses and all staff are very caring and kind.

I have been a patient here many years. But today I had to see a lady to have bloods having know her over 20 years from the practice I was put at easy I was seen very quickly and she explained everything very professional and caring

I filled in an online form for my daughter, within 20 minutes I received a call from the practice to bring my daughter down to see Dr Pruce at 16.45 (only 1.5 hours after filling out the form). On checking in at the surgery, we went straight in. Dr Pruce was very professional, understanding and didn't rush my daughter. My daughter has Autism and anxiety and finds going to the doctors quite stressful and overwhelming. She said after the consultation that Dr Pruce was a lovely lady and helped her feel at ease throughout the consultation and examination. Thank you Dr Pruce

I have seen a nurse a few times and saw her recently for a blood test. She always makes me feel very at ease and is always happy and smiling and very professional. I always would prefer to see her as she makes me feel comfortable and assured that she knows what she is doing. It won't let me leave her name but she is a blonde bobbed lady.

Following on from appointment with another GP my partner was having COPD exacerbation. Seen a young male doctor who gave excellent care, follow up appointment and involved other healthcare professionals promptly. GP explained everything in a manner my partner understood however also involving myself. First appointment spent a great deal of time assessing symptoms on how this affected his quality of life. Due to prompt intervention, now back at work and symptoms under control. Initially was seen by another GP and did feel that we were not listened too, we did not overly share our concerns about this at our second appointment therefore felt we had an honest, genuine caring GP at our second and 3rd appointment.

An easy to do “ online medical query” led very quickly to response and face to face appointment. Such a good GP consultation, caring, considerate, and with excellent care and information given. Thank you Church St Surgery GPs and all staff.
