Absolutely disgusting attitude from the reception. To be told she only get paid minimum wage so she can't deal with me then to be told she's helped me out before. like it's not her job. I have no choice but to contact unprofessional people as iv no choice in what doctors I can use to be me with a lazy can't be bothered attitude and to be told I'm lieing and I can't have a second opinion just hers love to say her name but can't what a horrible place with horrible staff maybe they should of got better educated if then they wouldn't be stuck answering phones for minimum wage

Dear Beth Thank you for your feedback. As the practice manager I take all complaints and reviews seriously. I have reviewed your calls. I have to disagree with your comment regarding a second opinion, you were advised on how to seek a second opinion and the alternative GP agreed with the first opinion. As you disagreed with the clinical opinion of both GP's, on contacting the surgery you were offered alternative appointments, which would have had you seen with the following few days and you were also advised that you could contact NHS 111 for more urgent advice in the meantime, but you refused these. You are correct that the wage of the employee is irrelevant to your health care needs and she should not have raised this with you. However she does have the right not to be shouted at in the course of her work. Should you wish to discuss this matter further contact details have been included in the full response which has been sent to you today.

The attitude and arrogance of the staff at this centre, they do not care for their patients. Prescriptions are incorrect regularly, they have failed to refer me to a specialist despite saying they had, shocking service
