I used engage consult to contact my GP. The only issue I had with this was when I replied yes to a certain question. I was then directed to call the practice, which I did. This call resulted in being told that I had to use engage consult to enable them to triage my case. This was frustrating and I had to change my answers to leave my notes. Needles to say the GP called me quickly, prescribed appropriate medication with follow up and I was very pleased with the service.

Service above and beyond , this lady was 100% committed brilliant phone manner actually calmed me down from a traumatic situation. Highly recommended

I summited my case thru e-consult and my appointment was 2.5 weeks after that. The first mistake they made was, I received 2 confirmation texts but they showed two different appointment dates. I could only clarify by going to the clinic in person because you can never talk to a real person on their phone line. The second mistake: The receptionist told me that I was going to receive a link to book my blood test. After a week, I still received nothing… Just tried to call them for the blood test link. After waiting for 1 hour 5 minutes, no one picked my call. The system voice message said you can press ‘0’ to leave your contacts so that they can call you back later, but this function doesn’t work at all… I feel so stressful after experiencing all of these… Am I the only unlucky one?

Having left dentist in some intrepidation I called in to surgery for some reassurance. 2 receptionists both busy, stood back and waited. The window to my right came up free so I stepped forward, not fully into window, no acknowledgement, no eye contact, receptionist drinking from her water bottle. Eventually the window to my left came up free and I was called over. Voiced my request hurried conversation between the two receptionists, nothing could be done to help me.

Received a phone call very quickly after an econsult with an acute problem. Asked to attend surgery and was dealt with very efficiently by all staff with a follow up by dr malik who discussed and prescribed and ongoing care for condition. Everything handled quickly and efficiently. Can’t thank all concerned enough.

I put in a request for help with a flare up of acid reflux symptoms, and I got a call the same day. The doctor was very helpful and gave me advice and new meds to control the issue.

The surgery really up its game recently I did an e consultant for both my daughters and they were both seen on same day The receptionist was really helpful I saw a medical student before seeing the doctor who was kind and made my daughter feel at ease After the doctor came in to assist the student t and she was really clear on the advice she gave and how to proceed next Credit where credits due The e consultant system seems to be working much better these days And seems be more clinicians to see Thank you

Today I have experienced excellent service from the surgery. I am in pain and only contacted the doctors this morning via econsult and off to get my medication now. Very good and quick turn around and very helpful too on the phone calls that I received.

I recently had open surgery on my abdomen and had to request a number of things such as: Sick note Pain relief Routine injection And advise for a sore throat. The whole process left me feeling so stressed and overwhelmed and not what is needed once you have undergone major surgery. The staff showed no care or compassion towards me or helping to accommodate to my requirements due to not being able to drive etc
