    I was meant to have an e consult yesterday 16th October which I never received so will it now be today, the nurses were meant to call back to give my wife her flu & Covid injections as when they called my wife was rushed to A&E I spoke to the nurse when she called me at the hospital and explained she said that they would reschedule and let me know which they haven’t also for my wife who is house bound you were also taking blood which you said you needed. Back to my problem I have a chest infection at the hospital they gave me a course of penicillin the course is now finished so need a another course as I still have my chest infection

    Good afternoon, Mr Moss, I have personally looked into your issues as described above. I can see that a text message had been sent as a reply to your EConsult with a Face-to-Face appointment for Yesterday. I have today arranged for the GP to call you and discuss yourself and your wife's issue. I can see this call has been completed. The surgery will be in contact to arrange for your Flu and Covid injections in due course.     The person who I had my blood test with was amazing she is a credit to your practice and the nhs it appears I’m not allowed to say her name but her initials are eb The professionalism and politeness of this nurse and her abilities are second to none

    I just want to have my blood test result, but the related phone queue is fault…1 month ago the ‘call back’ function didn’t work, and now the ‘request for test result’ function. What can be wrong is wrong.

    As much as it frustrates me I cannot get through on the phone to speak to a human I do find engage consult works extremely well - I contact the surgery this morning via engage consult and spoke with a GP within an hour or two and medication was prescribed

    We arrived well before our scheduled appointment time and, despite waiting for a significant period, we were not called in as expected. During this time, I had to briefly step out to attend to parking, and upon returning, we were finally seen by the doctor. However, the interaction with the doctor was extremely unprofessional and unsettling. The doctor displayed a lack of basic courtesy and professional conduct. They were dismissive of the patient’s concerns and spoke in an arrogant and disrespectful manner. There was no genuine interest in understanding or addressing the patient’s needs, which left us feeling disregarded and unheard. This level of service is not something we have encountered before, and it is certainly not what one expects from a professional healthcare provider. Given the nature of healthcare services, professionalism, empathy, and respect should be at the forefront of patient interactions. Unfortunately, this was not the case today. I would strongly recommend a review of the standards of care and communication at the practice to prevent future incidents like this. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects the importance of improving patient care and ensuring such experiences do not recur.

    I collected a form from the receptionist to request access to medical records. I took the form home and completed it. I had a query so called the practice for some advice. The practice was very busy and the automated message offered for someone who could call back. I received the call back within the hour and the lady I spoke to got a copy of the form I was asking about and ran through the whole form with me to ensure it was completed correctly. She was extremely helpful and didn’t rush me at all. I know this is a very busy practice and sometimes things don’t always go smoothly but I wanted to leave a review as the last couple of visits and calls I have made have been dealt with very efficiently and professionally. Thank you so much.

    I completed 2 E-Consults today and both were dealt with very efficiently, within 30 minutes. I was given an appointment for my phone and a link to book in a blood test. Really great, quick response and easy to book in.

    Last Wednesday evening I had a very uncomfortable night as I had contracted a painful infection. Thursday morning I submitted an Econsult form and 15 minutes later was phoned by Albion Place surgery. They arranged for me to see a Doctor two hours later, where I was given a prescription. The outcome is that I am feeling much better and my recovery is nearly complete. Thank you.

    me and my wife received a request for us to receive a injection for a (rsv) vaccine we are going to refuse because we live in allington and the option given to us as always was albion surgery or College practice we can walk to our local surgery but the others is Two buses or a Taxi perhaps in future we can go to our local one. Just a suggestion.

    I registered my two children at this College medical practice in March 2024, and provided the children's vaccination history in writing. We changed residence and had to register with this horrible clinic. We were previously registered with Bearsted medical practice and were completely happy and satisfied. In July they sent me a text saying they had booked my son's vaccination, date and time. We attended but the nurse refused to administer the vaccine because my son's vaccination history was not on the database. On the same day I sent the document of his vaccination history to the receptionist's email. She confirmed that she had received it. On 10 August, I came to the clinic with my son's vaccination history document and asked to book a vaccine for him as soon as possible. The receptionist scanned the document and returned it to me. She asked me to give her time to enter it into the database On 27 August I came to the clinic again to book the vaccine for my son. The receptionist, a young Arab woman wearing a burqa and glasses, said that they had not yet scanned his vaccination history and she could not book a vaccination for him. She did not say how long it would take for his vaccination history to be entered into the database. She said I had to wait. I have already been waiting since March. Horrible staff performance. Do they get paid for such poor quality work?
