Review titled Absolute joke.

This surgery is a joke, I've rang today to see a female doctor to be told they don't have any female doctors and the next appointment is not for 2 weeks. I really need to see this female doctor as it's important but got told to go A&E instead. When I should be able to see my own doctors. I wouldn't recommend this place at all

Booked appointment with the GP, after waiting for 35 minutes after the appointment time, was told by the GP that a double appointment is required and he is already running late so I cannot be seen on that day.

Review titled Disgusting and huge lack of attention
Rated 1 star out of 5

My 5 week old son had been given an eye swab to check for an infection. We were told of no phone call then there is no eye infection. We then go to hospital to find out that they had lost the test. We then go to another hospital to find out that in fact the results were never lost and the tests came back that he has a mild eye infection. This is 3 weeks after the test. Now we are seeing a private prescription as we have no trust in the corner stone practice. He was brought in again regarding spots on his skin, when performing the routine tests we had to wait 10 minutes for an ear thermometer as there is only one for the whole practice. Why?. We were told there were no appointments available for a 5 week old baby and instead phoned 111 to get an appointment. Why, when there was no one in the waiting room? When my son needed a nappy change we were refused to have it put in a waste bin and told to take it with us. Why? I cannot express enough that what mentioned above is very important and a clear lack of care and attention. I do not seek answer. I seek a drastic change in how this practice is run. This is not a crisis from Covid. This is a lack of well trained staff.
