An endoscopy report recommended certain medications. The GP whom I saw initially has maintained contact with me at every stage of the investigations. He called me to discuss the recommended drugs and explained what I needed to do. I feel that I have had good continuity of care and feel confident in the care I am receiving.

This practice was the designated practice for my mothers care home. Very often they would be called to attend in the morning and then sent an out of hours doctor late at night. On my mothers death trying to get a death certificate proved difficult. They were very inefficient and when they did supply it a week later it had the wrong date on it At no time during my mothers stay would i say this practice offered a good service of care.

Although I had to wait for a GP consultation I opted for a phone consultation. All my queries met and with very helpful advice.

I have had a terrible experience with a receptionist. She told me "see Dr *** again to get ur referral made urgent" so I said he doesn't work at croft he's an urgent care Dr they can't make or change referrals. Then she said OK who is ur GP and I told her and also said "I am happy to see anyone who can do it for me if I need to make an appointment like u say" and she said "well no because ur refusing to see Dr ***" and I reminded her that he does not work at croft! And he can't do anything abO out referrals bc he was a Dr I saw at Urgent care! In the end she was no help. I will call again and try to speak to someone different.

Very grateful that with the help of the Practice and the home support services we were able to care for my father at home where he died peacefully.

The Doctor was spot on, punctual, listened to me, checked my notes and worked with me to formulate a plan. Prescription issued and collected within an hour. Very nice to have face to face consultation with a well informed empathetic doctor. Most importantly I did not feel rushed. Reassuring, efficient, and faultless service. And cheerful!! But getting this appointment was a struggle, partly because I did not know about new procedures (ie how you can book in advance), and because I had to be firm that I wanted a face to face appt when I did get through to reception. Similarly booking a follow up was not easy and I had to accept a telephone appointment. I’m not sure that the theory of getting appointments works in practice! Hiwever, I do appreciate the constraints the NHS is working under Thankyou - today was just right. .

Impossible to get an appointment either on phone or by logging in. Even to get a telephone consultation you have to go in physically to the practise at 8 am. I suspect this is deliberate by the frontline staff to keep patient numbers low because eventually they will give up trying to access their doctors. It's been like this since pandemic. Wasn't great before that either. Frontline staff can be quite rude at times. Shame because if you can get to see a doctor, they are great.

The worst customer service experience of my life and I am over 65 years old. The person behind the desk refused to deal with my query in the most rude manner possible. This was in addition to them being rude to four other people in front of everyone who was in reception. That person is in the wrong job and the person managing this function should know this and should have done something about this. I am shocked that people like this are allowed to talk to customers.
