This practice has been amazing! Staff, GP’s and nurses are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble considering they are working under immense pressure. Able to either get a telephone/face to face appointment within a reasonable time span if not urgent. You’re all doing a great job and I have no complaints. Thank you so much

whilst feeling very unwell, I had to wait for over 45 minutes for my appointment having arrived on time.

Absolutely disgusted with this practice and the rude staff on reception! Nothing against the gp’s, when you finally get An appointment with them they are great. But the admin staff and receptionist are the most ignorant people . They make you feel guilty for wanting to at least speak with a gp. Phone system is a joke , absolute shocking service .

The staff are friendly and the practice is clean and conviently located but none of that matters because its essentially impossible to get an appointment. Appointments are only made on the day, phone lines are clogged form 8am when the lines open and you will pretty much guaranteed be asked to call 111 instead. Massive shame that we can't rely on our community health care providers.

We do offer a selection of appointments which can be booked over the telephone or online. Some are same day appointments and some are available to be booked in advance. Can never get an appointment, u have to phone at 8am, 30th in the queue, all appointments gone by the time u do get through. Suppose to have a ring back facility which clearly doesn't work, u dont get a ring back, reception far from helpful. Prebookable appointments are for three weeks time. No care anymore for patients.

Impossible to get an appointment, no matter how many times one calls. Appointments cannot be booked in advance. Negligent on care, follow up appointments never followed on (!). Very sad, considering that pre-pandemic they were really good with patients. Also, most of their best doctors sadly left....
