    called in at 8.30am to try and get some help with a phone call or appointment but told fully booked go to the walk in centre at Peterborough a.e ?? A phone call with a health professional would have done just to arrange some medication for my asthma due to a chest infection Very poor but i believe this is where we are with the Deepings practice in late 2024- just like to Covid times still

    Checked my details and took my stitches out with no problem. Also gave me my rsv vaccination and told me why I needed it and any side effects I might suffer.

    I had a smear this morning and the nurse who did the procedure was very friendly, explained what she was going to do and also informed me of what happened afterwards. Great Service

    Talking to a Dr over the telephone I couldn’t really understand what she was saying over the telephone! Could they speak in English! Thank you

    I am a new patient and I cannot praise this practice enough. They go out of their way to treat you as an individual, not just a patient. They are polite and friendly and incredibly helpful from the receptionists to the dispensary to the nursing staff. I haven’t yet had any personal experience of the doctors but it seems most have been there years which says everything to me as my last practice had doctors leaving all the time. From initial registration to date, I cannot praise this practice enough. I was running short of pain relief medication at very short notice and they did everything they could to get it organised for me, even to the point of responding to emails out of hours to a personal phone call this morning to assure me it was ready for collection. Absolutely brilliant. They didn’t need to do that. They go above and beyond expectations

    every time I call the surgery and after long wait on the telephone the receptionist said no appointment and to call next day at 8 am , when calling 8 am no answer and we put on the que to have a call back, no body call back. It is not possible to speak or to see a doctor in this practice. I have to change this practice to be able to get gp appointment. It is my experience and my children experience as well. always no appointment why this surgery is exist if they can not speak or book appointment for the patient. It is unacceptable and not professional to do that. I fed up and frustrated from this surgery , I do not need it often but when I needed I can not get through to speak or to see a doctor. It should not be like that. someone needs to look at this issue and sort it. we do not have to move to another surgery just because they can not deal with us , we are registered in the surgery to get help when needed but we can not get through and we are not getting help. same problem when we need appointments for the children or prescriptions.

    So good to have an evening appointment so no time off work. My appointment was on time and the nurse organised other appointments that I needed while I was there so that they could be done on the same day.

    On Tuesday 16th I went for my annual review The nurse was extremely thorough and patient explaining better techniques for the use of my 'space chamber'. She also gave me the flu vaccination as I was concerned at having flu and covid done together. I also wanted to thank the nurse who referred me a year ago for the Pulmonary Rehabilitation course. It's taken a year for my turn on it but I am finding it incredibly informative and helpful. I hope many more patients will have the opportunity to go on it. Also thank you to receptionist who yesterday was very patient and helpful in helping me with various forms. There are times when technology defeats oneself. So thank you very much to the practice.

    Assessed by friendly and very professional advanced nurse practitioner . chest X-ray, Ecg and bloods all performed within 2 days. Very thorough and informative with results. Very happy with service
