    Excellent service as usual. An arranged doctors phone call to discuss several recent test results and to organise follow-up action. Issues explained well and instant efficiency in tracing appointments, results and likely effects. Thank you very much. Despite the unfortunate length of waiting times all interactions with nurses, doctors and reception staff have been very efficient, professional and highly satisfactory.

    I had server kidney pain 7 days ago. Called 111 who then sent report to GP straight away. Made an urgent appointment with practice nurse that afternoon, blood test following day and scan within 1 week. Following day after scan dr called with findings and now being referred to neurology, wow! Much quicker than I expected

    Dr called to assist with a problem I had, he prescribed antibiotics and said the prescription would be ready to collect in 20 minutes. Wife went to collect but couldn't enter the surgery as she had our dog with her and it was a very hot day so she couldn't leave him in the car. She called the dispensary to ask for it to be put in the machine. A lady called to say one of her colleagues would meet her at the door with the medication. A huge relief to my wife, and we would like to thank all three, and acknowledge such excellent service.

    Very straightforward to book a phone appointment these days , very pleasant , helpful receptionist. Doctor phoned me back as promised and discussed problem and came up with a plan, very helpful and professional

    Unbelievably bad service from the supposedly 'caring' profession, you can't get an appointment or see a doctor, they only seem to work over the phone, we had a fantastic doctors pre covid and the doctors were physically in the practice. Our daugher-in-law has moved to the area and we've advised her to stay at her old practice where she gets to see a doctor on the same day she calls, does anyone remember those days at Deeping?

    The service I received from the nurse was outstanding on both visits, with such care on each occasion. Also the young man on reception was so helpful in getting me a urgent appointment.

    My daughter arranged a face to face appointment and waited almost four weeks for this only for it to be cancelled on the day. No apology or explanation given and no alternative appointment arranged. She had to go on a waiting list for a new appointment which when she finally got one almost three weeks later, was a telephone call. Not the face to face appointment she originally had booked. During the telephone consultation the GP told her she would need a face to face appointment and to call reception to arrange one. She again went on a waiting list for an appointment only to receive two weeks later yet another telephone appointment. She tried to change this for a face to face appointment only to be told this will be on 29th August. This has been on going since 20th June. This is not in any way acceptable. To be left with any type of illness or infection for this long is quite simply dangerous and should not be allowed to happen. On a positive note, the reception staff have always been most friendly and seem to do their best with the ridiculous appointments system they must work to. They are the only people at the practice anyone can actually see as the GP’s are no where to be seen and therefore must take more than their fair share of angry/frustrated patients.

    No wonder I am missing my appt. I have an aoot book several weeks ago which is coming up on the 25th. I get a text reminder telling me my appt is tommorrow 24th. Whats happening to the surgery these days? I missed my appt. 6 weeks due to confussion.

    I had been on a waiting list for a few weeks to speak with my own Dr but then unexpectedly had a call today offering me a telephone consultation with a different Dr within the next couple of hours..I received the call within half an hour..the doctor was very friendly and polite,explained everything thoroughly and has referred me for x-rays and further investigations. Thankyou to the kind receptionist who phoned me and the doctor for being so thorough.
