    I contacted the surgery using the Online Triage system about my concerns I received acknowledgment almost immediately asking me to complete a questionnaire, which I did and provide a picture which I also did. Within hours I received an appointment for 2 weeks time I then received a text message from a doctor ant the practice asking me to try a cream that had been prescribe to see if it helped before attending the appointment. To say that I was impressed with the speed of this response is an understatement - all we hear it would seem is how bad our medical service is - my experience of The Deepings Surgery online triage system is completely the opposite Well done all at the surgery, I will certainly recommend this innovative Triage system to all.

    I had a call from reception to apologise for an error she had made. It didn't matter. She was very kind and very efficient dealing with me and gave me a different appointment. From experience, I know we learn from errors and believe she is very good at her job.

    Clean and tidy with very helpful staff and medical professionals. The telephone contact system however leaves a great deal to be desired the wait to speak to someone, either reception or pharmacy, can be a very long time and must increase the callers blood pressure. I have rung the practice several times, very early in the morning, about a minute after it opens to be informed that the waiting list for callers is full and to ring later how is it possible for the list to be full, in such a short space of time, especially when you do not get an engaged signal. The other point I would like to point out, in the recorded message that you hear when you ring, thanks the caller for their "patience and understanding during this difficult time" what difficult time are they referring to? And one more thing, personal to me, the terrible incidental music that you are subjected to while waiting to be answered makes my teeth itch but as I say this is only a personal thing.

    I rang and got through very quickly, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and understanding and directed me straight away to the service I needed.

    called in at 8.30am to try and get some help with a phone call or appointment but told fully booked go to the walk in centre at Peterborough a.e ?? A phone call with a health professional would have done just to arrange some medication for my asthma due to a chest infection Very poor but i believe this is where we are with the Deepings practice in late 2024- just like to Covid times still

    I had a legion removed from my eye lid. The small op. was gentle , the after effects were minimal, and the result after 4/5 weeks is great. Hardly noticeable

    Checked my details and took my stitches out with no problem. Also gave me my rsv vaccination and told me why I needed it and any side effects I might suffer.
