I called after waiting half an hour on hold. Asked for an appointment to be told I couldn’t have one and to go to 111 or urgent treatment centre. It’s a flare up of a chronic condition. apparently they only give appointments for 8 am and they are all full and I can’t book for another day. So frustrating and upsetting that it seems there is a lack of compassion.

I had my diabetic telephone appointment this morning. The nurse was so friendly and helpful, she made me feel overwhelming happy. Things i have struggled with most of my adult life I was able to dicuss, I was so happy with the treatment im about to start. I throughly recommend The Deepings Practice and am very happy with the service it provides. Many thanks

Care and kindness, understanding amazing care, especially since my wife passed away 15 months ago, have the gone an extra mile to care for me and I’m extremely grateful to have such a wonderful team looking after me.

My diabetic blood tests are always abnormal but usually normal for me but no one will listen to me, so I end up having lots of wasted appointments like tiday. But can't get an appt for the things I really do need it is so frustrating.

Spoke to one of the female salaried doctors at the practice about ongoing gastric issues on 10th September. She is amazing. Caring, thorough, helpful & professional. Explains everything clearly & is compassionate. A real asset to the practice.

I received excellent care and advice today following contacting the practice by telephone at 8:05 this morning. I had spoken to both reception and a doctor by 9am who offered me a face-to-face appointment for the same day. The concern shown was sincere and I appreciated it. Thank you.

Excellent service as usual. An arranged doctors phone call to discuss several recent test results and to organise follow-up action. Issues explained well and instant efficiency in tracing appointments, results and likely effects. Thank you very much. Despite the unfortunate length of waiting times all interactions with nurses, doctors and reception staff have been very efficient, professional and highly satisfactory.

I had server kidney pain 7 days ago. Called 111 who then sent report to GP straight away. Made an urgent appointment with practice nurse that afternoon, blood test following day and scan within 1 week. Following day after scan dr called with findings and now being referred to neurology, wow! Much quicker than I expected

Dr called to assist with a problem I had, he prescribed antibiotics and said the prescription would be ready to collect in 20 minutes. Wife went to collect but couldn't enter the surgery as she had our dog with her and it was a very hot day so she couldn't leave him in the car. She called the dispensary to ask for it to be put in the machine. A lady called to say one of her colleagues would meet her at the door with the medication. A huge relief to my wife, and we would like to thank all three, and acknowledge such excellent service.
