    After a lengthy attempt to get an appointment with the only GP I really know I had to accept an appointment with another. I was nervous at seeing a stranger. However, he was lovely and put me at my ease immediately. I would have no hesitation in seeing him again. That now gives me 2 choices!!

    Due to severe recurring health issues and awaiting an operation i have contacted or visited the surgery one hundred times (verified by NHS App),I can honestly say that the staff and doctors have been first class in trying to help me in any way possible. The receptionists especially try to accommodate all patients needs with limited appointments available. All too often they face verbal abuse and criticism which is not down to them. The Doctors too have shown me nothing but respect and tried to help me with every visit. I just wanted to send my thanks to all, keep up what must be a rather frustrating job. Thankyou

    Easy to book online appt. Needed to speak to receptionist and got a warm and friendly response. Went to see doctor and she was reassuring and explained what she thought my condition was and then referred me to specialist. Whenever I have to contact Fountain Medical centre the members of staff are friendly and never make you feel you are a 'nuisance'. I would highly recommend this practice.

    Practice pharmacy rang to advise me today about my blood tests, she was very informative and professional. Explained everything to me, and sorted my medication out straight away. Great appointment

    Having visited the doctors this morning I was asked to have some blood tests done, the receptionist was so lovely but did explain everything was booked until 2 weeks away. I asked about cancellations and she said that they get daily so if I rang they would let me know. Around an hour later the receptionist rang and asked if I could there as they had had a cancellation I was extremely grateful for her. Thank you for taking the time to call I am extremely grateful.

    Phoned to make appointment at 8am. Message informing me that appointments released during the day was helpful. Phoned back at 9.55 am. Got straight through to a friendly and efficient receptionist who only asked the necessary questions before allocating me an appointment for later that day.
