Requested a blood pressure check early Dec, repeat blood pressure record chart - blood pressure in the normal range. Follow up - cholesterol level too high. I had a phone call discussion appointment - the outcome was a 3 month repeat blood test and life style change and a repeat blood test booked for end of March. I received a message from GP again requesting annual review. I explained my previous test results and still waiting for my annual review. GP advised to cancel blood test and they would test me in surgery. I had to explain to 3 staff before they realized I was right to stick to the booked test/ pending cholesterol level/also border line thyroid level. For me this shows a total lack of information sharing among practice staff and as everyone is over stretched a waste of their own time and irritating to the patient. My suggestion is one message for annual review two for repeat and one call to discuss the outcome . [Unsure about 'Reception']
