    Coughing up Blood. Seen quickly and efficiently regarding my concerns that this might be an indication of lung cancer. Messaging from the Surgery during this ongoing process was very good and reassuring.

    My experience was very good. I was seen on time, I was listened to and able to discuss my problem. Further investigation has been recommended and a referral sent to an appropriate consultant. This was a very helpful consultation. Given the extreme pressures being experienced by within the NHS the service provided by this practice is very good.

    Needed an ECG as part of a health check. Was offered two options one was over a week away and the other was on Sat am just a couple of days following my GP appointment. Sat am ECG was done in a quiet surgery, no one around, with calming, reassuring Nurse who explained everything to me beforehand. I was very grateful for the relaxed surroundings and after some high blood pressure readings at home, she told me the readings were all normal and there was nothing for me to worry about. Great experience, Downland Practice has always been there for me when I have needed their help and this visit was no exception!

    The doctor was extremely helpful, she listened, didn’t rush & made sure I was fully informed of my next steps to enable continued treatment.

    Long term chest problem leading me to believe I might be developing serious. Doctors listened to my concerns and acted quickly and efficiently and keeping me informed of results.

    Average time for doctor appointments over 4 weeks most not booked as problem may well be resolved by then. However, contact by other health practitioners with the doctor has arranged within days.

    I used the online booking system to get an appointment which was only a few days in the future, I arrived, checked in and was seen on time. Good appointment, not rushed and very thorough, referral arranged and left feeling very reassured.
