Since transferring from Cosham Health Centre we have nothing but praise for Drayton Surgery. The reception staff have always been helpful and friendly and the nurses and doctors are great. We have always managed to get an appointment whether it be on the phone or in person. Would highly recommend this surgery. Thank you to all staff ?

Was listened to sympathetically which resulted in various tests & was very promptly kept up to date with results, which definitely put my demons in my head to rest … thank you

Able to phone and get an appointment the same day and medication sent straight to the pharmacy for collection. Great service. Glad we have such a great surgery in drayton.

I had to register my grandaughter at the practice, very polite, helpful staff.And also needed an appointment myself, got one the same day, Great!

The staff at the practice are always very helpful and don’t make you feel stupid for having health concerns even if it turns out there was nothing to be worried about.

After e consult for chesty cough , i had prompt reply for face to face appointment at wooton street surgery next day.No antibiotics required but doctor felt i would benefit from prednisolone.i felt i was listened to.

Initially I wanted to use the e-consult service to gain advice but it wasn't available. I therefore phoned the surgery and after being triaged I was advised I would need to see the Nurse Practitioner and the best time to call back to book an appointment. On the day I phoned back, I was offered an appointment the very same morning. The Nurse Practitioner was very informative and provided me with the advice and reassurance I required. The service would have only been better if I had been able to use the e-consult to avoid waiting on the phone lines.

The econsult worked well and when I have called in the morning, rather than waiting in call queue, being offered a call back when it was my turn was really helpful, being busy mum of 3 . Reception is always very helpful .. as a service I know is under pressure - you do a great job in my experience .
