I managed to get a same day appointment with a lovely nurse practitioner who took the time to listen and really cared.

When I came for my blood test , it was very easy to check in for my appointment, I didn’t have to wait long to be called in by the nurse , she explained what my blood test was for & that I would be notified when the results were available

The staff are fantastic and are so helpful to my husband who has had complex nedical issues. Cant thank them enough.

Just went for blood draw. I would love it if i could get an appointment with my gp seeing that i have not met them and have been a patient for over 3 years.

Although I was number 26 in the phone queue at 8.01am when I rang - I did manage to get an appointment !! All round had a positive experience, the nurse practitioner was incredibly helpful and had a wonderful bedside manner. Thank you Drayton Surgery.

This is the fourth time I have used Paramount and I can honestly say I will be back again ? Super friendly, professional and this time went over and above and repaired a hole in my carpet that as made by my puppy. I was completely blown away as it was unexpected, looks brand new!! Highly recommend ?

First class from beginning to end Appointment system worked for me both from friendly helpful recrptionists to on- line consultation and face to face with GP , practice nurses and practitioners Referrals were within days and results the same Pharmacy lead prescription excellent Cannot fault Drayton/Wooton surgery …Thank You

Received email confirmation of repeat script 17 Nov 11.42. Unfilled as of 28 Nov. 7 working days later. Surgery has told me it takes up to 3 working days for script to be at my registered pharmacy. This is 2nd time out of 3 uses of online repeat prescription facility. Also your confirmation email contradicts surgery staff. 3 working days is within 72hrs excluding weekends. 72 Working Hours is 9 Working Days, three times that staff given information. I have explained this over the telephone on two previous occasions. Roger Morgan 23/08/1955.
