  1. Review titled poor reception service

Rated 2 stars out of 5

It is impossible to make any appointment because I was asked to book it at the point of the day for the same day but it was told that it is full whenever I tried to. Moreover, it is pretty hard to order repeated prescription for my diabetes and almost no chance to book any check or blood test.

I have asked few times for face to face appointment as I prefer this option, because of anxiety. Is no any option as Doctor will decide to after a phone consultation. I have also difficulty to hear all consultation because of my hearing issue.I have mentioned about it but who cares?Someone booked a phone consultation for me without talking about it with me.I was at work, when GP called me and ofcourse I loose option to talk with Doctor.I need review.I am no asking for something special.

  3. Review titled unhelpful Receptionist

Rated 1 star out of 5

I'm really disappointment with the service provided by The Everglade Medical Practice over the past six days. Despite numerous attempts to schedule appointments for my wife and 3-year-old daughter following their involvement in a bus accident, I have faced significant obstacles and unprofessional behaviour from the reception staff. For the past six days, I have diligently called the GP practice from 8:30 am, waiting patiently for up to two hours to speak to a receptionist. However, on several occasions, I have encountered situations where the call was abruptly ended as soon as the receptionist answered, forcing me to call back and endure another lengthy wait. Moreover, one particular receptionist consistently refused to provide me with an appointment, claiming that there were none available, despite my urgent need to speak to a doctor regarding my wife's broken hand and my daughter's emotional distress following the accident. It is deeply frustrating to experience such unprofessionalism and inconsistency in service. Despite my persistence and genuine need for medical attention, I have been met with dismissive attitudes and barriers to accessing care. The lack of empathy and understanding displayed by certain reception staff only adds to the stress and anxiety of an already challenging situation.
