  1. Review titled The worst practice I've ever seen.

Rated 1 star out of 5

Every time I call, it's almost impossible to book an appointment to see a doctor. It feels like they only have 1 doctor and hundreds of patients. I've been trying to call them as less as possible. I only call them, when there's a serious concern. Last time I call them was months ago. So, when I called them today, very concerned about the small lamp that appeared behind my ear a couple of days ago, and it hurts, they said to me that there are no appointments available this month at all. So, they offered me a phone call next week Friday. I did tell them that it might be something quite serious and I'm really worried, but they said that there's nothing they can do. Exmoor surgery is the worst practice I've ever seen.

  2. Review titled Terrible

Rated 1 star out of 5

Absolute shambles of a surgery, called this morning in mh crisis, near to taking my life and was told I will be called back at 10:40. I had explained that I am in crisis and thank the receptionist for their help. 13:00 still no phone call so I called up and was told the Dr called twice but got no answer. My phone has not rung from this practice. Having explained that I was in crisis and with a history of self harm and suicide attempts I would have thought that if you get no answer you would send the police or an ambulance to make sure i hadn't done something. But no, nothing, only told that the Dr called and was made to feel like it was my fault that a. They called the wrong number or b. They didn't call my number at all. Where is their duty of care, where is their compassion? If you value your wellbeing I'd suggest going to a different surgery because this place from my many experiences really and truly doesn't care.
