   Cancelled apt over phone as out of Ealing Was supposed to receive a fresh one Nothing received Was treated like a patient who hadnt contacted and call to receptionist was denied!

   impossible to get hold of GP; on line "ask my GP" impossible to use. Repeat prescription facility on-line impossible to use. Blood tests requested a number of times and failed to do so, putting my life at risk
