Called at 8:30 am this morning, first in queue still took 20 mins for someone to pick up the phone. Told I would be called back to arrange an appointment. Called again at 4:45 pm as getting concerned the surgery would shut. Told all the doctor had left, someone calls me at 6:30pm to discuss my cancelled prescriptions. Told they have no idea why it was cancelled….. Someone’s lying somewhere! I thought the doctors had left? Was it the cleaner who called me?

The service is near impossible to access. The staff are unhelpful. Tried several times to get through to a doctor to discuss a change my prescription. Used call back service to be told to call back tomorrow as they are shut now…. Why bother calling me back

Call this morning, selected call back option on phone system. When they eventually called me back my phone rang twice, I’d just about got it out of my pocket and they rang off. Great way to manage your callers and keep the queues short. I call back, sit in the queue this time which requires you to hit the # key every 30 seconds. In the queue for 40 mins only to be told that I need to call back tomorrow as they are shutting for the day. Explain that my call back had rang off in a ridiculously short time and needed to speak to a doctor. Receptionist hung up….

I recently had to visit the doctors due to a chest infection and an on going cough , I was made an appointment for a chest X-ray which I had than I had an appointment for a breathing test, everything was made so easy for me ,.

I’ve never known a service so terrible. A phone system that is inaccessible and cuts you off despite informing you that you may leave a message asking for a call back. A none exist online option to book an appointment. Rude reception staff

Ordered a repeat prescription on Wednesday through the NHS app. Checked Friday and it still had not been approved. I called in Friday lunch time to check to see if there was a problem ordering it. Receptionist said due to staff going down with COVID they are short staffed. She said my prescription would be ready for collection on Saturday. I've checked the app Saturday morning and still showing awaiting approval. This Service just isn't good enough.

This place has become a laughing stock among local people,since becoming part of the Forge health group!Getting an appt is nigh on impossible,& thats only if you can even get through on the phone. Hubby trying to get an appt,gets call back.. gets given an appt yeey???. Nope... 9pm at Middlewood!!! Thats right a pensioner,from Wincobank with lung illness...is being sent to Middlewood at 9pm!!!... This surgery has become more than a laughing stock,it is an embarrasment to this area,& needs sorting out properly before patients start leaving in droves...Forge Health Group & The Flowers Health Center should hang their heads in shame!

Went in Wednesday face to face to make an appointment for today, when I got there they said you have no appointment, I have the card that the receptionist gave me, said they would fit me in waited 1 hour and walked out. If I had come for appointment 1 hour late would they have seen me????? Do they think you have nothing matter to do?????

You phone at 8:30am and it says lines are full all the time it’s a nightmare and then when you get there on phone to them they say they have no appointments left and tell you to ring tomorrow then the problem repeats it’s self
