I have tried to phone a half-dozen times over the past few months, and everytime I get "you are number 1 in the queue", but the phone is never answered. It doesn't matter when I call (8 o'clock sharp, or later in the day) or how long I wait in the queue (15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc), I am perpetually "number 1 in the queue". I can only surmise that the practice has rigged it this way?

I called them, a lady answered and told me to come the next day with the newborn baby to the program at 8 in the morning. the next day we left and were told that we had no appointment. we were given a link by sms to make my appointment there, but there was nothing about appointments on that link, when I asked for help I was told to wait because there were still people in line. I waited 20 minutes and approached the reception again and one of the two ladies was talking on the phone and with a nasty and displeased tone told me to wait until she was free... in the end I didn't get any help and we didn't even manage to make an appointment. The employes dont know to work with the clients and dont respect them, they try to get rid of one customer as quickly as possible to get the next one. Poor service and it doesnt matter to them if you are with a newborn baby to give you some priority or smth.

It is nearly impossible to get an appointment, with the practice constantly changing their booking policy for "equity," but all it does is make it more difficult to get an appointment. Rather than operate an online triage and phone line bookings with reception, they open a link for 10 minutes at 0800. Completely impractical to even have a chance of booking an appointment if you work a 9-5 and are commuting at that time. They also cannot track any medical records and seem determined to reduce their workload by reducing patients' access to the Gp's services

The practice have launched a new system of making appointments and you have to fill in an assessment form on line at 8 o’clock for them to assess wether you need to see a doctor or not !! Online form availability is around 15/20 mins and if you miss it that’s it ! Terrible system I’ve had to take my wife to the same day clinic who have been very good, why can’t we ring up and get an appointment or book online appointments? All in all it’s a complete failure of a system and many many patients are upset and leaving to join other practices
