I am very happy with my experience with the GP administrator at the surgery as ı was treated me with respect and empathy, making me feel comfortable and understood with ability to listen attentively and address my concerns with compassion. In addition, the administrator showcased excellece in taking the time to understand my specific needs and worked diligently to find appropriate solutions. Their dedication to ensuring that I received the necessary support and assistance left a lasting impression on me which was truly remarkable leaving me with hope his career progresses as you need more staff like him!! Overall most staff are kind, my experience at the surgery was exceptional. Their friendly demeanor, in an efficient organisation, knowledgeable assistance, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch care and support in a healthcare environment like this. Thank you so so much.

Arrive for my appointment toddy the 20/11/23 the r receptionist not welcoming, but am being to accept that when i go to see the Gp however would be nice to get a smile. Appointment was for 12.20. The Dr was runing late got no apology form him for running late. But am forgiving him for that as he is good Dr and is very thorough in his E examination. Please also sort out the waiting room it bad enough when you have to cone to the Gp but to have a waiting area that is even more depressing. At least make the waiting area more pleasing. .

Sometimes clinics can run late due to patients with urgent concerns requiring more attention however I am sorry the doctor you were consulting with didn't offer an apology for this and that you weren't greeted in a welcoming manner. I'll share the learnings from this with our practice team. With regards to the waiting area, would be useful to get some suggestions from you on steps we can take to make our waiting area more pleasing, if you could contact me at maaz.turk@nhs.net and give more details. Every time I’ve had to go to the gp, I feel like they listened to all of my concerns and were helpful in their advice. In the 4 years I’ve been registered with them I have never had an issue with them not listening or believing me. This gp has great staff that are caring and welcoming. I never leave the gp with a negative experience.

I am a long term patient of the practice, and it has always been the best one I’ve been registered too! It had a low period that I think was crucial to what and where they are now! I have been suffering quite a bit lately, with more than one issue and I can honestly say that I am so grateful for the care, compassion, diligence and professionalism of every single member of this practice that I have been in contact with! From admin staff to doctors, everyone a massive thank you! It is easy to criticise when we are unwell and be very sensitive to life in general! But all the staff are in sync the care and understanding is amazing! I am truly happy and grateful that in a time when everyone is complaining about GPs and care I am privileged with the best care! Thank you to all.

Booked an emergency appointment and was able to get a good time slot that fit into my schedule. Receptionist was lovely, the Dr I saw was really friendly, listened to me and took my concerns seriously. I also met the heath practitioner when I was there and again, I have zero complaints about their service!

I’ve been coming to the surgery since I was a child and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Every clinical practitioner I’ve seen has been very explanatory, patient and willing to answer any concerns that I have. I can get an appointment easily for the same day and the reception team are always friendly and polite. Thank you!

This is the best practice I have experienced. I have lived in London and Hove in East Sussex and have had several GPs over the years. I’m 53. This is by far the best surgery. Accessible, personal, all staff in GPs are consistently good and attentive.
