    Every time I’ve had to go to the gp, I feel like they listened to all of my concerns and were helpful in their advice. In the 4 years I’ve been registered with them I have never had an issue with them not listening or believing me. This gp has great staff that are caring and welcoming. I never leave the gp with a negative experience.

    I am a long term patient of the practice, and it has always been the best one I’ve been registered too! It had a low period that I think was crucial to what and where they are now! I have been suffering quite a bit lately, with more than one issue and I can honestly say that I am so grateful for the care, compassion, diligence and professionalism of every single member of this practice that I have been in contact with! From admin staff to doctors, everyone a massive thank you! It is easy to criticise when we are unwell and be very sensitive to life in general! But all the staff are in sync the care and understanding is amazing! I am truly happy and grateful that in a time when everyone is complaining about GPs and care I am privileged with the best care! Thank you to all.

    Booked an emergency appointment and was able to get a good time slot that fit into my schedule. Receptionist was lovely, the Dr I saw was really friendly, listened to me and took my concerns seriously. I also met the heath practitioner when I was there and again, I have zero complaints about their service!

    I’ve been coming to the surgery since I was a child and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Every clinical practitioner I’ve seen has been very explanatory, patient and willing to answer any concerns that I have. I can get an appointment easily for the same day and the reception team are always friendly and polite. Thank you!

    This is the best practice I have experienced. I have lived in London and Hove in East Sussex and have had several GPs over the years. I’m 53. This is by far the best surgery. Accessible, personal, all staff in GPs are consistently good and attentive.

    On two separate occasions, when requesting an appointment with a GP in order to discuss test results and treatment the receptionist booked an appointment with a Physician's Associate instead without consulting the patient first. Whilst there may be occasions when a Physician's Associate can see a patient, this needs to be discussed with the patient instead of unilaterally taking decisions on our behalf.

    Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback following your recent experience at our Practice. I totally appreciate and understand the comments you have made. Our Practice team comprises a number of roles and whilst our Physician Associate team have the capability to request, review and follow up on test results (under the Supervision of a GP), we must be transparent in advising Patients who their appointment has been booked with and the actual role of the Clinician. I will ensure this is reinforced with our Administration teams and I apologise for any inconvenience and dissatisfaction this has caused.
