Good to see that things are starting to improve on the booking process. There are a few things that need tweaking (their online form for monitoring bp is in a format that doesn't allow you to enter data nor to upload it so seems a bit nonsensical). The doctor I saw (Snr Practitioner) was very helpful and understanding which is very unlike another GP I saw initially who will remain nameless. It made for a refreshing change. I think the reception area still needs to speed up service as unfortunately the digital sign-in screen is not working so if the receptionist is talking to someone and you're queueing, you could be late for your appointment. Hopefully they'll improve this surgery even more over time.

On my visit to the surgery I was able to get a call back appointment the next day which was appreciated.. was explained on how to use the app by a very friendly welcoming woman at reception.. waited about 15 mins after my appointment time which wasn’t to bad as the practice was quite away the time I arrived spoke to the doctor and after examining my issue was very professional in reassuring me and very helpful on my next steps

I had an issue with an ongoing medical report and requested a call from the manager. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call within 10 minutes! She was incredibly helpful, listened to my concerns, and resolved the issue straight away. Excellent service. I'm very pleased with the prompt response and professionalism. Highly recommend this GP practice!

Exceptional Care and Professionalism! I can't recommend this GP practice enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and made me feel at ease. The reception team was efficient and friendly, ensuring I was seen promptly. My doctor was incredibly thorough, listened to all of my concerns, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism and genuine care. The practice is clean, modern, and well-organized, which makes every visit a positive experience. I always leave feeling confident in the care I received.

I went to forest Surgery today for urgent examinations by the ever helpful doctor Todays visit required a lot of support by reception staff The two ladies there today are always pleasant and welcoming but one lady Helped me today and really impressed me with her content knowledge and most importantly I liked her professional caring attitude (sorry I want to praise you but the review won’t let me mention your name) This always is important to me as a manager And I am going to hand tests in and have a blood test in next few days I also feel sure that the lady next to Her is just as good Thank you (one thing not competent here is this review template Why can’t I put a persons name in who I wish to praise? 3/12/24 (Very disappointed that this review won’t allow my name and name of person I wish to praise to me mentioned)

On all the occasions that l have spoken to the front-of-house receptionist when l needed to book an appointment to see a doctor, his professional phone manner, conduct and compassion, his ability to manage patients during situations involving the divulgence of personal and sensitive information while staying calm, effective. leaves the caller grateful for the kindness and the competence shown. Thank you for being kind

The surgery has recently started offering blood tests, and I just had mine. It was painless, quick, and went very smoothly. I'm usually quite nervous and have had some bad experiences with blood tests in the past, but this was by far the best one I’ve ever had. Thank you!

I had an appointment with one of the HCA’s. She was amazing. She was caring and very supportive. She is exactly what Forest Surgery needed very professional but very caring and does an amazing job. (It’s a shame l can’t mention her name)
