Review titled Fryent way surgery review
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Was seen by a doctor quite quickly after a phone call. The receptionist very kindly arranged for the to see me in a downstairs room as I find it difficult to use stairs. Doctor was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Prescribed tablets and arranged for me to have further tests. I must say I have only taken one of the prescribed tablet so far & have seen an immediate improvement. I have been with this surgery for a long time & must say that there has been a huge improvement in terms of answering phones promptly & getting appointments quite quickly.

Review titled Good practice

I work in a GP practice myself-so I know that it is continually getting more difficult to run a practice with good service. I find this practice is generally quite professional and runs smoothly. They deal with eConsults in a timely manner, and sign off repeat prescription requests on time. I do think the practice could have better signage inside. When I had a nurse appointment I had no idea how to get to the room and couldn't see any signage to tell me where the stairs are-luckily another patient told me where to go. I think the amount of informational posters could be reduced, and signage towards rooms could be made more clear.

Review titled Poor practice

The receptionists have always been rude whenever I call. Trying to call the surgery in the morning for same day appointments is extremely difficult and when you eventually get through, a majority of the time none are available. Please,do not register to this surgery, it's appalling.

Review titled Excellent service

I have been a patient at this practice all my life. I am completely satisfied with my experience. I always manage to get an appointment with the GP I prefer within a reasonable amount of time. I feel that the doctor listens carefully and is empathetic and very knowledgeable. You can consult with a clinical pharmacist regarding medication usually the same day you call for an appointment. Blood tests can be carried out by a skilled phlebotomist. Test results and repeat medication are available online. This is a top rate surgery.
