    Post lung xray I received a call from my GP telling me I have a potential tumour on my left lung and will need a ct scan. I'm unable to get into the patient access app as my details have changed and I can't verify my identity. So I accessed the request option on the website to find out the size of the tumour and to have a copy of my xray results. The response i had was xray results- " no action required". I then had to call the surgery to confirm this was incorrect and speak to my GP. Imagine being told no action required when you've already spoken to your GP who has confirmed you have a tumour! The doctors are fantastic, there is a very rude older lady on reception who sent me this incorrect text but who also speaks to you like you have no right to be treated kindly or with dignity. She's the bad apple in a good bunch of staff unfortunately.

    Appointment for myself at 10 and daughters injections at 10:30. Called at 9 to say I can’t make my appointment at 10. Receptionist said that I can talk about contraception with the nurse at my daughters appointment at 10:30. Arrive at the surgery, to be told I had missed my appointment. Explained to the receptionist that I called and was told the above. Receptionist repeatedly kept telling me I had missed my appointment and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. She told me I had to attended both appointments? Which differs to what I was told when I called at 9am. I am very unhappy with how this was handled by the receptionist

    I m trying after few years to have an appointment to GP because high fever and cough and soar thoat and after 1 hour and 40 minutes on holding by phone been told that s no any space for me today and been sent to Hospital. 0 stars for management on this clinic
