I just wanted to say thank you so much for attending to my needs even while you were in your own work meeting. You didn’t stop there, not only you gave me a good consultation but also followed up with exactly what we had agreed by making me the referral to the ent clinic. Really appreciate it

Thank you for all the assistance you’ve made during my visit to the surgery after seeing the doctor, and prescribed me anti anti-biotic capsule. I am a little bit alright now. I hope it will continue getting better. Thank you again to everyone.

Thank you for your professionalism and sensitivity. You make booking a doctor’s appointment feel seamless, I used to feel intimidated and embarrassed at my two previous surgeries!

My baby was unwell so I submitted an online consultation request and received a phone call not long after - giving me a face to face appointment on the same day! This is very rare these days ; as other GP surgeries usually take days to get back to you and even weeks to give you an appointment. The Doctor gave me and my baby time and checked him out thoroughly despite him crying alot and making it difficult for her. She was kind, attentive and professional. She really cares about her patients and this in turn makes us trust her with our health concerns.
