The doctor who saw my daughter for her eczema issues, went above and beyond and really did all he could. Extremely grateful to have seen the doctor I did. He is a credit to the surgery and recommended highly. Thank you!

Recently had a number of appointments with the GP Nurse. She was absolutely brilliant, professional on all occasions, knew exactly what my issue was and assisted to resolve it. It took a number of visits for things to heal due to my issue. If things escalated, she informed me how to get out of hours assistance which was very reassuring. The nurse was on point and I felt she went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

I am writing this on behalf of my aunt who came and saw the nurse for an appointment last week. My aunt rarely comes into the doctors so when she does come, she often will ask to have other things done. The nurse she saw was knowledgeable, polite, explained things very well, gentle and when my aunt asked her to check her for other things as she hasn’t been for so long, the nurse did it. My aunt ended up having a whole general check up done on top of her original appointment, and the nurse also did a blood test whilst we were there which was helpful as the queue for blood tests outside was so long. This kind of flexibility is appreciated, my aunt left feeling really happy with the service, felt listened to, and the nurse was very thorough with what she did. On another note, I was also impressed to see an exercise class in the waiting area for patients!

I'm really happy with the way my queries are resolved at the reception. The staff seem much better at speaking to patients with kindness. Please keep this up, it will allow patients to feel welcomed and safe. I spoke to a receptionist about a recent problem and I was referred to the appropriate medical team member quickly and efficiently.

I had an appointment with the Practice nurse and she was very good. The appointment went smoothly. It's great that the Practice offers Saturday appointments. The practice waiting area and the room I had an appointment in were very clean. Reception and management team are great too.

The health professional carried out a great service. They initially called in sick so I had to reschedule. In the future it would be best if there was more than one staff member that carries out blood tests in order to avoid future delays.

Visited the GP for a review after prostrate surgery in August this year. I informed the GP that my life may have been saved by the Nurse who agreed to do a PSA blood test despite the GP and other surgery staff informing me that it could not be done since I did not have symptoms of prostrate related problems. Strongly recommend that senior male patients be offered the PSA test irrespective of whether they have prostrate related symptoms or not
