The staff are welcoming I would recommend that the screen to be put back so the patients can see when they are called up by the doctors and which rooms they should go to I truly don’t understand which the screen was taken away in the first place makes no sense to me at all

Called up as I had a urine infection maybe something seriously wrong as I been spitting out white cloudy stuff and couldn't breathe as if I could've spite out. Same Tims started in urine too. I was not given appointment instead go to chemist been told. Only 3 days of antibiotics given which was not enough and I paid for my perception. I. Believe for serious as I been and still I am the senior doctor should have seen me and appointment should have given. So I am still suffering and dare to pick up the phone to the surgery!!!

The NHS has developed a pharmacy first service which enhances access to primary care services. There are a list of conditions which can be treated in a pharmacy first consultation. The grange has always been helpful and done their best to assist from appointment making to using the online service to tests and seeing the nurses/practitioners/doctors. To update my prescription I used the patchs service and had a doctor review and reply within 24hrs. This saved me time making a appointment for a 5min chat or message, saved me going to the doctors, saved time them submitting it. Ordered my medication next day, good system for simple requests. Overall very happy with my GP.

I visited yesterday and again was disappointed that I almost missed my appointment due to my being profound deaf. If names were to come up on the screen I could read it. Plus it's less impersonal and uncomfortable than having someone shout out your name. I would appreciate it if my disability was taken into consideration as am sure am not the only person. Thanks

My GP took time to listen to me and showed genuine caring and reception staff were pleasant, and professional. However, the system has changed for telling patients that it is their turn to see the GP. Names are no longer displayed on the screen and this was not made clear to me. The surgery was busy and it was very difficult to hear the GP calling my name. My GP had to really raise his voice and this was embarrassing.

I have been at this practice for over two years now. I have complex care needs which involves regular contact with changing symptoms and resultant investigations both at the practice and in the various NHS hospitals in the local area. I’m often faced with anxious times waiting for external appointments and results from tests but I have found this practice to be 100% in my corner throughout. Nothing is ever too much trouble and everyone is polite ands respectful at all times. The facilities are wonderful. I usually have access to disabled parking spaces which makes dealing with a wheelchair so much easier. The building is fully accessible which makes attending appointments less daunting. I am amazed at the facilities available at the surgery which have included things like ultrasound scanning and minor surgery to remove a lump from my head. I am truly delighted with my choice to move here. My last practice wouldn’t install a simple threshold ramp for me to access with my wheelchair which meant struggling to manually access with the wheelchair. I had been a patient there for 33 years, but that made no difference. The Grange is consistently overachieving my expectations and provides me with unrivalled healthcare. Thanks you to everyone who contributes to the hard working team. This is the standard of healthcare most NHS patients could only aspire towards. Long May it continue!

Patients were alerted on screen previously ince Gp was ready for them and informed which room to go to. That seems to have been sbolished and now practitioners shout out for patients when ready. Not ideal if hard if hearing or others being called st same time. Unprofessional and sounds like a fish market. Please bring back old system.

The Grange Group Practice referred me to HRI Breast Clinic 2 weeks ago in relation to a suspect lump. The referral came through very quickly and I was seen by a Doctor, had diagnostic tests and left the hospital all in under an hour. 10 minutes later I received a call from the Dr saying all was clear. Very impressed and relieved. Well done NHS
