    The pharmacist rang me to advise, following a recent day with a BP monitor, to increase the dosage of one of my existing BP tablets. I have to be checked in 2 weeks. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you.

    Asthma check cancelled, machine broken? Blood tests (retest due to poor sample quality) cancelled evening before, no one has contacted me to rebook.

    The practice has come along way . The only thing is we need updating to the changes, as i couldn't understand the self cert and sick note. The staff was very good trying to explain it to me when i rang up. Also i could only go in with one complaint , had to make another appointment the next day for my other complaint. Not blaming the staff they are only doing their job, but it dosent make sense when having to drive back again and seems to me wasting time on both sides .

Thank you for feeding back about how the sick note process could be easier to understand, and I'm glad the staff were able to explain this process fully. Thank you for your feedback about being asked to attend your appointment with a single (most important) problem. Occassionally, some medical problems can be linked, but we encourage all patients to discuss their most urgent problem in their 10 minute appointment. If there is time remaining at the end, the clinicians will be more than happy to discuss other problems, but this isn't always possible, as we aim to see other patients on time. Our receptionist staff will be on hand to book you another appointment, or you can simply submit an online request for an appointment using Patchs. We are supporting increasing numbers of patients to use online services to reduce the need to travel to and from the Practice, so please come in and speak to a receptionist if you would like support with this.     I needed a repeat prescription. After 5 days waiting and a visit to the practice I was told it would need review. I got a text to say a clinician would phone today (nearly 2 weeks after the request.) Nobody phoned. I'm in a lot of pain and feel that this practice doesn't care. I'm going to change practices, this is not the first bad experience here.

We have recently started a quality improvement project working with our dedicated Patient Participation Group to enhance the patient experience when accessing medication. I am sorry to hear you didnt recieve a telephone call as promised, and I would like to investigate this further to understand what happened.     Unfortunately I have been a frequent flyer at the practice this year. The staff have been wonderful. From the amazing admin/reception staff who have been so very helpful, to the GP’s, practice nurses and healthcare staff who have listened to me and helped me get the necessary investigations needed. Today I was due to have 1 appointment and then a second a few hours later, I was helped by the admin team to have the second appointment a few minutes after my first. So very helpful. Unfortunately my favourite member of the Admin team is leaving soon, so I wish her all the best!

    Very quick appointment, friendly staff. Only negative is you are not allowed to talk about more than one ailment per appointment ,which I find so strange especially as more than one ailment may be linked, also surely it would improve practice productivity if you were able to discuss more than one ailment per appointment
