    The receptionist are very helpful and polite at reception area and over the phone. The Dr's are also helpful in the advice they give you along with the medication you're been given. They also keep you up to date for your appointments, all in all a very safe and helpful system. Would much prefer a face to face than a phone call, gives of a more secure and comforting feeling when you're talking with your GP.

    Had an issue phone answered immediately receptionist immediately understood and sorted my issue just as a Doctor should be well done the Grange hope your clinitions are as good

    I Phone up the Grange Practice today, to chase up why my medications hadn't been sent the pharmacy next door, as I have them delivered to me weekly. And the receptionist told me off, telling me it was my job to do that, Shaw's should contacting the Grange their self. I know the problem lies with the Grange, as up until over 1 and a half year ago, if not longer, I never had to call up to find out why I haven't received my medications this week. It now seems like its every other week there's an issue with my medications not being done. I have to check every week on my online account as to whether it's be done yet. We are told at the start of the call to the Grange to respect the staff and not be abusive to them, but surely that cuts both ways.

    Excellent service from everyone, from doctors, nurses and reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Cannot recommend them enough.

    Deal with your problem quickly and feel like you are listened too friendly reception staff helpful get your prescription quick and appointments quickly too

    Completed on line consultation very easy re system, next day message from practice saying they had ordered a range of tests and to call to book an appointment to take bloods have appointment in 2 days time, very impressed with efficiency and not having an added step re phone call etc.

I'm delighted we were able to see yo ufor a blood test just 2 days later and we are all really proud of this quick access.     I have been having tests for several long standing health issues and the practice has been diligent in following up my results and in giving feedback clearly and helpfully. I have also felt that my views and ideas have been listened to. Interestingly I feel that the telephone consultations have been less limiting than the face to face due to the strict time restrictions on the latter. Several times in these I have been prevented from speaking about what I think are linked or relevant issues because of the ten minutes rule. This has not been the case in the phone consultations I have had recently. In previous years I have felt a little removed from the practitioners at the centre but in the last twelve months I have felt that my overall care has improved and that the practice are now taking a more proactive approach to my health needs. I have found this to be very reassuring at a time when due to my age more issues are appearing. Thank you

    From the reception staff to the clinical staff I find all the staff at the Grange to be understanding and supportive. It's good to feel they see you as a person and not just a number

    Alltwen staff and doctors what is dealing with me with all my medical problems are fantastic since my stroke there are wonderful care checking on me could not ask for better

    Service is variable from receptionists to doctors. If depends on who you get! Some receptionists are extremely helpful. Others block access to appointments. Over the past few months, only one doctor, of four I have spoken with, have given me a proper explanation of my symptoms and diagnosis.
