    I went to the GP because I have been experiencing severe headaches for weeks. I take medication for blood pressure. My blood pressure wasn't taken because no large cuffs were available. I was prescribed more medication without knowing what's the cause

    It's impossible to get through on the phone, and there ae so many systems and reminders it confusing. You really need to have a proper system for making an appointment, like an online calendar like what you have at the hairdressers! And this latest AI system is a nightmare

    Dear patient I'm sorry to hear you've had issues getting through on the phone. This is certainly not what I would expect for our patients, and we have been working hard on telephone answer times. Please come into reception and ask for some help and advice on getting the best out of Patchs online consultations.     The doctor I was seen by was very professional and welcoming. He did all the relevant checks that needed to be done and gave me a prescription for the problem I went in for.

    I sent in a patchs review online with an attached photograph. The following morning I was contacted saying they had reviewed my request and a prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. I was impressed by the quick response and as such saved a appointment with the practice for someone else to use. I will be using this service again.

    I attended for a shingles vaccination and was also offered a pneumonia vaccine at the same time. The nurse checked it was possible and safe and did both. She was very kind and easy to talk to and made me another app for the following day. Excellent service. Thank you so much.

    Reception staff addressing patients as "love" "darling" or any of those terms is extremely condescending and unprofessional. Training in customer service urgently required in this area. This approach experienced on more than one occasion.

    Got great service eventually but it was extremely difficult navigating Patches. NHS app was ok. Gone are the days of simply ringing!!

Our team will be more than happy to help you with this - we can offer a tutorial if you come to reception and ask. We do still accept requests for appointments, but we are keen for our patients to embrace new digital and online technology to help access the Practice. Kind regards DS

    1 of my samples was misplaced//lost or not usable. Had I not looked at my nhs app I would not of known because nobody rang or messaged to tell me so I rang the doctors to confirm it and to arrange to get another picked up to which my mother picked up for me, my mother later told me that she was asked by the receptionist if I had a blood pressure kit at home and if I was checking my blood pressure, if there is a problem with my blood pressure why am I not being informed.

    Good nurses and doctors delays sometimes, but you get seen to, pharmacy is not effective ,meds got delayed a lot, I miss them when not come on time
